Will you travel to our location?

Absolutely yes; a setup fee is applicable. Please complete the contact inquiry form for a custom quote.

How large of a space will you need for headshots?

I suggest a space 10x15, but can manage smaller if needed.

Tie or No Tie?

Bring both. We can review in person and make the best decision for you.

May I bring accessory options?

Yes, bring 3-4 options so we can select the best option. However, jewelry is not required and is often removed.

What if I’m not sure which suit jacket to wear?

Bring the options and we can select in person.

Can you help me with my brand strategy?

Yes. We are prepared to guide you through the process of establishing a brand or refreshing your current brand.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes! We would love to connect you with them via a pdf we can share.

I’m very nervous about the whole process…

Many clients experience anxiety about photo sessions. I’m here to help. I recommend reviewing the content you will receive via email, and reaching out whenever needed.

  • We offer two calls prior to project. You can elect to include anyone you choose.

  • The number of photographers can be more than one if you wanting multiple options. However, when attendees are seated, we walk the room and ensure different angles of attendees and presentors.

  • Yes! Live feed photos is an optional add-on. 

  • Yes!

  • One Time Reschedule allowed with 72 hour notice. Otherwise, retainer is forfeited. Associate Team may be enlisted if original team is not available.

  • 15% retainer required to secure dates, shown on quote
