Corporate Photography in Dallas-Fort Worth: What Your Photographer Should Handle

I GOT YOU.
Corporate Photography Problems You Shouldn’t Have to Solve.

Hiring a corporate photographer should take something off your plate, not add another project to it. You already have enough to manage.

Your employees need updated headshots. Leadership needs new images for the website. Marketing needs photographs that actually look like your company. Your conference needs coverage. The schedule changes. Someone gets added at the last minute. Someone else really does not want their photo taken.

I got you.

That phrase sums up how I approach corporate photography.

My job is to create great photographs. But before I ever pick up my camera, my job is also to anticipate the problems that could make your photography day harder.

Here are a few things you should not have to solve.

  • HEADSHOT DAY LOGISTICS

    • How long should each appointment be?

    • How many people can we photograph in a day?

    • Where should employees wait?

    • How much space does the setup require?

    • Should we use appointments or an open line?

    • What happens when someone misses their time?

  • A TERRIBLE LOCATION- Corporate photographers work in real corporate spaces. I bring the lighting and equipment needed to create consistency instead of depending on your office to provide the perfect photography environment. We can also talk through the location before photography day so there are fewer surprises when I arrive.

  • BACKDROPS THAT ACTUALLY FIT YOUR BRAND - A traditional gray backdrop is one of my favorite options. It is clean, professional and consistent. But sometimes your company needs more.

  • NEW HIRES AFTER HEADSHOT DAY- You photograph the entire team. Everything looks fantastic. Then you hire three new people. We can plan for future employees so your company does not slowly end up with five different headshot styles again.

  • DELIVERY AND FILE MANAGEMENT- Taking the photograph is only part of the process. A good corporate photography process considers the finished files from the beginning. You have a few options with process and delivery.

  • YOUR MARKETING TEAM NEEDS MORE THAN HEADSHOTS - If we already have your team together, there may be an opportunity to create more. Real employees interacting in your actual space. These images can give your marketing team an authentic library for your website, recruiting, LinkedIn, proposals, PR and internal communications.

  • YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT ALL OF THIS - I should. That is the difference between showing up with a camera and providing a corporate photography service.

My goal is to understand what you need, ask the right questions, build the process and take care of your people well.

You have a company, team or event to run.

You handle that.

I got you.
