Each person needed individual direction while the entire collection still needed to look consistent across the company website, proposals, LinkedIn profiles, internal communications, and marketing materials
THE CLIENT
Parkhill is a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm serving communities across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. As the firm continued to grow, its new acquisition in Ft Worth needed updated headshots that felt professional, approachable, and consistent with the Parkhill brand.
THE CHALLENGE
Every team includes people with different comfort levels in front of the camera. Some employees arrive ready to go. Others need more guidance with posture, expression, wardrobe, or simply feeling comfortable enough to look like themselves. The session also took place inside an active FTW office. Our process needed to remain organized, efficient, and minimally disruptive to the Parkhill team.
THE EM CORPORATE APPROACH
We created a professional headshot setup inside Parkhill’s new office and we were located in the copy room.
Custom floor markers coordinated with Parkhill’s brand colors and helped each employee step into the correct position quickly. Consistent lighting and camera placement created a unified look across the full team.
Each person received clear direction for posture, expression, and small adjustments that made a visible difference. No one had to guess what to do in front of the camera.
Each person could review their image in person to ensure they approved.
